There are 3 main tournaments that are run on the NSW Disc Golf calendar as a part of the Australian Disc Golf Tour.
NSW Open – This event alternates between Sydney and Newcastle and will be run at the most appropriate park at the time. In 2015 this will be hosted by Sydney at the Armory 18 hole course. This is an ADG A tier event and PDGA C Tier event.
Jesmond Jam – A fun event at Jesmond Park in October. The weekend is also host to a Discraft Ace Race. This is an ADG B tier event and PDGA C Tier.
Up on Juan – Run at Upjohn Park in Sydney the weekend prior to the Victorian open in April. This is an ADG B tier event and PDGA C Tier event.
In 2016 the Sydney Disc Golf Club will host to the Australian Disc Golf Championships at the Newington Armory.
There are other disc golf events that occur regularly throughout the year. Both Newcastle and Sydney run monthly league days and Newcastle runs a weekly doubles tournament during daylight savings.
